F.A.Q.

No, admission is FREE and so are the concerts.

Can I sample the BBQ competition food?
P
ublic tasting is not offered as part of the BBQ competition, however there will be dozens of vendors (including several cook teams) who will be selling BBQ, and other food and beverages at the festival. Prices will vary among vendors.

Are the inflatables free?
The Kid Zone will feature both FREE and pay-to-play inflatables and attractions.

Are there ATM machines at the festival?
Yes, ATM machines will be available on-site for convenient cash withdrawals.

Main Stage (confirmed entertainment)

Friday, August 23

6:30 p.m. - Lefty Williams Band

Picture
The music of the Lefty Williams Band is a unique mixture of Southern rock, funk, and blues, influenced by the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Albert King, Aquarium Rescue Unit, Miles Davis, Warren Haynes, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Allman Brothers, and early Led Zeppelin.

8:30 p.m. - Seven Handle Circus

Picture
Seven Handle Circus draws from their love of traditional bluegrass and folk and distills these influences into a modern sound that is all their own. They've shared stages with bluegrass phenoms Mountain Heart and the Gibson Brothers, rocked crowds with rappers such as T-Pain & Yung Joc, and were recently invited to play with Grammy Award-winning English folk rock band Mumford & Sons at Atlanta's Fox Theatre.

Saturday, August 24

12:00 p.m. - Hannah DeLane

Picture
Singer/songwriter Hannah DeLane is anything but quiet. Standing a mere 4 ft 11 in, she possesses an enormous voice that will stop you dead in your tracks begging to hear more. Hannah's vocals are not only soulful and fluid, but elicit powerful and  inspiring emotion. Her depth, control, range and harmony are matched by her ability to perform masterfully in many genres of music.

5:00 p.m. - Rolling Nowhere

Picture
Rolling Nowhere has unofficially been described as a Junkyard Folk band. Combining their love of classic country, old-timey folk and psychedelic rock, the result is a sound somewhere between early Uncle Tupelo, Wilco, Blitzen Trapper, and the Grateful Dead.

7:30 p.m. - Slippery When Wet

Picture
Slippery When Wet, the Ultimate Bon Jovi Tribute, was formed in 2003 by Jason Morey after answering many inquiries of, “Are you Jon Bon Jovi?” Taking advantage of his resemblance, Jason became determined to create an accurate portrayal of the band. Today, the band's shows are the most attended and highest grossing of any Bon Jovi Tribute in the country.

9:30 p.m. - Fireworks

Picture
The Pigs & Peaches BBQ Festival will conclude on Saturday with an inspirational fireworks spectacular over Adams Park.

Showcase Your Talent

Picture
Dance ensembles, choir groups and solo music artists (with single instrument accompaniment or backing tracks) are invited to apply to perform on the family entertainment stage, which will be located in the festival's Kid Zone.
